Greg Kaplan is the ONLY realtor with whom I've ever signed a contract for more than 3 months. He serves his client faithfully, no matter the personal cost to himself. My search for a home took more than 2 years. Greg met me at many homes; even homes 2 hours away from his office. Sadly, I don't think Greg made a profit on the home he helped me purchase. The amount of time, gas, and estimates must have quickly ate into whatever he was to make from a home purchase in my price range. The home I bought was For Sale by Owner. From the start, he was professional, thorough, and patient, taking the time to walk us through every step of the process. He led us through each prospective home as if he were guiding a friend or family member, and it was that personal touch that truly won us over.
