We have worked with a couple other realtors in the past several years that we were not totally satisfied with so we decided not to go with them when the time came to sell our property. We researched and interviewed several of the top rated realtors in our area, including the Becker Group. The other realtors we interviewed we did not get a good vibe with. They were either arrogant, not prepared, or they thought we shouldn't even sell our home at the moment cause they said we wouldn't get much for it! Then we met the Beckers and we liked them immediately. They were well prepared, they got to the point and they were friendly and very knowledgable about the current market. They gave us hope and made us feel we could actually sell our house for what we were hoping. We knew we had found the right realtors for us so we didn't interview any others. The Becker Group was everything we hoped for and more. They got our house listed within a couple days and not only did we get showings right away, we got 2 offers within the first few days the house was on the market! We ended up selling our home for just under the listing price so we were thrilled! Whenever we needed to contact the Becker Group, they responded to us right away. They were always willing to answer our questions or help in any way that they could. They are hands down the BEST realtors we have ever dealt with. (this is the 5th property that I have sold so I have dealt with many over the years). I would recommend them to anyone and if the need ever arises that we need to buy or sell again, we will be going with the Becker Group again.
