This time my wife and I did our homework and researched realtors in the area and met with our top choice (Beckers). We met with Ron & Kat and were impressed with their proposed pricing and marketing of our Antioch home. They listed our home on all the appropriate sites, and the virtual tour they put together was amazing. Our house sold quickly, but we did have some minor items needing to be looked at from the buyers home inspection. ZillowVERIFIED Both Kat and Ron are both very knowledgeable in the realtor business and both were pleasant when we met in person. However we were disappointed once we signed our contract with them. We felt there was pretty no communication with them after that. Our house sold within 4 days but could we have done that on our own... probably. And even so the process itself was still a month and yet Kat and Ron never bothered to check in with us. The closing costs they estimated were a couple thousand off and when we asked about it they said we were possibly late on our taxes??? Which was completely not accurate. We felt our attorney was really our main point of contact with any questions we had. Weve had a realtor in the past who was completely engaged from the beginning to the end which we really appreciated. But with the Becker group it was solely a sale transaction.

We began the process by soliciting proposals from the top 3 realtors in Lake County by sales volume. We asked each to meet with us to present their proposal and discuss their thoughts on how best to present and sell our property. What impressed us most about the Becker Group is their presentation was focused on our property and minimal personal hype. Ron Becker represented them and he spoke candidly about issues he saw with the property that could hinder the sale ability if not addressed. He took the time and patience to go over in detail what he felt needed to be done to maximize our return. We made the various corrections and listed the property with the Becker Group and within 5 days we were under contract at a price that was within the range that we agreed upon. From beginning to end, our experience with the Becker Group was outstanding. Their communication, follow-through, and professionalism was phenomenal. Their use of social media, multiple internet sites, and the mls was targeted towards buyers they felt would be exceptional candidates. Kat Becker is the behind-the-scene person who keeps you up-to-date on a daily basis what activity is occurring. I can't say enough positives about our experience using the Becker Group. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend this group enough. Here is my story: I started working with Ron and Kat in 2013 when we were moving out of town and needed to rent our house. They handled advertising, screening and the legal side of the rental agreement. We had renters in two weeks. They monitored the property, were there to give me peace that things were running smoothly. In April 2017 we decided to sell but needed to handle replacing some flooring, carpeting and painting in order make it sellable. Ron handled it all. Found every contractor I needed. Oversaw the projects to completion and did it all within three weeks knowing every day cost me money! Well beyond my expectations of a listing realtor! First day, first showing we had a contract for almost 100% asking price, with no contingency and a quick close (45 days!). This was beyond perfect given the house was empty and we lived out of town. As with all agreements there were things we needed to manage after inspection. Again, found the correct people to do the job and quickly. We closed today and I could not have done it without the Becker Group. They were beyond awesome in handling my home even during their busiest season. If your goal is to sell your house for the most realistic money possible and the quickest, choose the Becker Group!!

We researched and interviewed several of the top rated realtors in our area, including the Becker Group. The other realtors we interviewed we did not get a good vibe with. They were either arrogant, not prepared, or they thought we shouldn't even sell our home at the moment cause they said we wouldn't get much for it! Then we met the Beckers and we liked them immediately. They were well prepared, they got to the point and they were friendly and very knowledgable about the current market. They gave us hope and made us feel we could actually sell our house for what we were hoping. We knew we had found the right realtors for us so we didn't interview any others. The Becker Group was everything we hoped for and more. They got our house listed within a couple days and not only did we get showings right away, we got 2 offers within the first few days the house was on the market! We ended up selling our home for just under the listing price so we were thrilled! Whenever we needed to contact the Becker Group, they responded to us right away. They were always willing to answer our questions or help in any way that they could. They are hands down the BEST realtors we have ever dealt with. (this is the 5th property that I have sold so I have dealt with many over the years). I have to say that this went so smoothly and it was all due to working with Ron & Kat! Every question and concern I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. Things that I would not have even though to look at in homes they were pointing out so that I was well informed with everything going on in the process. The lender they suggested was even complimented by the sellers real estate agent because of how smoothly everything went in the process.
