Tyler was enjoyable to work with in the purchase of our new house. He is very knowledgeable of houses in the area and their values. Tyler was not pushy and also not afraid to tell us when the house was not worth the price. He was very patient with us during our search and purchase. I love Tyler! He has helped me purchase two homes (and sell one of them) and each process was extremely smooth and easier than I thought it would be. Tyler was representing the bank when I purchased my home through a foreclosure. He was communicative, honest, and when I needed to know if the furnaces were still active, he had an HVAC company sent out immediately to confirm they were in working order.
