Tyler is a true professional. It was obvious from the get go he was invested in us as customers and his knowledge of the market and the process were invaluable. If we ever sell, Tyler will be our first call!

Tyler was representing the bank when I purchased my home through a foreclosure. He was communicative, honest, and when I needed to know if the furnaces were still active, he had an HVAC company sent out immediately to confirm they were in working order. This was one of many questions I had throughout the buying process (as this was my first home), and I was comforted knowing Tyler was available to answer questions, give updates, and would answer his phone if I called. Tyler has great integrity and a sincere interest in helping his clients. I would recommend him.

I love Tyler! He has helped me purchase two homes (and sell one of them) and each process was extremely smooth and easier than I thought it would be. He took care of me as a first time home buyer and even now, after being in my home for almost 3 years, I can still email him and get immediate answers. My dad was a ReMax Realtor in WI and found Tyler thru an online search. He looked for the best of the best, and he found it. He and Tyler worked together for both of my home purchases and after my dad unexpectedly passed away in July of 2013, Tyler made sure to let me know he'd be available for anything I needed regarding Real Estate from there on out. Since then, he has kept his word and has been available for any and all of my questions. I now consider Tyler a friend and am so thankful he is the Realtor my dad found for me. I have and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home. Tyler is the best!

Tyler was enjoyable to work with in the purchase of our new house. He is very knowledgeable of houses in the area and their values. Tyler was not pushy and also not afraid to tell us when the house was not worth the price. He was very patient with us during our search and purchase. He was available on short notice to show us multiple properties. Tyler gave us confidence that he was looking out for our best interests during the purchase process. We highly recommend him as a real estate agent.

Tyler is very flexible with his schedule, and extremely patient while showing potential properties. Always tries hard to get the best deal available, and i have been very impressed with his knowledge of properties and areas. I certainly can give Tyler my endorsement as a top agent.

Simply stated, Tyler Layman goes above and beyond what is actually required of him and his business. So much that it is hard to put a monetary value to it. How much extra would someone pay to have all there worries and problems addressed and solved when it comes to real estate? He comes highly recommended from me and my family. I wouldnt think twice about it. The deals he has put together for us required some of my trust in him when selling my house in an off market. But he impressed me when we made the deal and things simply got much worse in my neighborhood.
