I purchased my home in Pleasant Hill through Lori in April 2018. From the moment I contacted her to help me find a home until the end of the sale she was quick to respond to my needs. She listened to any concerns related to my very specific needs and helped me through the entire process from start to finish. In the beginning we viewed several homes. She did her homework, sending me to a few properties that she thought might work with my budget while respecting my interest in keeping my daughter in the same school district. She checked in with me to get my feedback about properties so that she could keep in tune with the right fit for me. As a buyer, I felt many times like she kept me grounded and focused in the real estate process. She guided me through all the inspections and was happy to let me bring my construction friend along in case he saw things others missed.What I love most about Lori is that she is thorough and smart while remaining kind and caring. I trust her completely and highly recommend her. Ive been in my home for one year now and couldnt be happier!

My wife and I purchased a home in Walnut Creek with Pete Sabine. We did not have a good experience. Moving to Walnut Creek from out of town we were not able to do a final walk-thru of the home and our agent did not guide us here. The agent should have facilitated this. We had at least 5 above asking offers in just 1 week of the listing being offered, setting a price record for the neighborhood. Before Mikes engagement, my house was one of the more poorly maintained houses in the neighborhood. If I were in need of a realtor to buy or sell a home, he would be my first choice.
