The Best and then some We met with Ed Jue prior to listing our house couple of times. He walked through and suggested mostly cosmetic improvements to our home to present it as attractively as possible. While we were contemplating selling our home and moving to be closer to family, we unexpectedly found a house, bought it and moved out of the area. We had lived in our home for over 40 years, packing and moving was overwhelming and incredibly stressful. Ed took at least half the stress off of us by becoming the project manager of our home improvements. He made arrangements with the appropriate contractors, gathered bids and oversaw the work. What a relief not to have to manage all of that ourselves in addition to the move, saving us many hours of commuting from our new home back to Livermore. Ed also recommended having all of our inspections done prior to listing so we knew exactly what issues might be discovered and could remedy them, putting us in a better position for a quick, clean sale. Our house looked refreshed and fantastic. We listed it on a Tuesday, had an open house on Saturday and Ed brought us a full price, quick close offer on Sunday morning. We closed escrow in 7 days! I dont think any of this would have happened so smoothly and effortlessly on our part without Ed. His years of experience, professional integrity, care and concern for his clients is beyond exemplary. The quick sale and close more than met our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed to others, he is simply the best in his profession.
