Sonya was attentive from the get go until the closing - all the way from going over our budget constraints, taking down our preferences and deal breakers, timelines, working with the lender, etc. She was extremely responsive, always on top of everything and managed to schedule viewings for us in a timely and organized fashion. Sonya was up-to-date with everything happening in the market and was always there to guide us in evaluating the right fit. She took personal interest in coming up with an estimate for the appraisal (99% accurate most of the time). Since she also has experience in lending, she went above and beyond in helping us out with our lender when we were having issues with our home loan. Sonya reached out to multiple lenders on our behalf and helped us get the best rates and lender credits as well. Sonya is a great negotiator and is transparent & clear in her communication. Other than being in the industry for 18 years its her negotiating skills that we were very impressed with. She got us into a contract for a home in east bay, at a desirable location just 10k over asking and with no other buyers. She was available all the time going over disclosures , running things by her legal team, providing contractors for minor fixes. Good luck finding these from other agents , we dont even get to speak with other agents beyond 5pm :)If you get to work with Sonya , we assure you that she goes above and beyond for you and your family.
