RE/MAX Above & Beyond RE/MAX Above & Beyond

I first met Sally when she was my realtor when I purchased my home, and years later, when it was time to sell, I knew I wanted to work with her again. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Her years of experience show in how she manages every aspect of a transaction, from navigating buyers and emotions to providing honest, unbiased guidance. She is also an excellent negotiator and always keeps her clients best interests in mind. I'm grateful to have worked with Sally twice and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor they can truly trust.

We met Sally through Zillow and she turned out to be an amazing real estate agent, and a great partner through the process of buying a house in Northeast Ohio. She provided excellent advice to my wife and me on asking price strategies, market research, negotiation guidance, and overall buying process management. Sally is also very well connected with various specialists that we used during the inspection stage that provided peace of mind and expertise in a few areas that were new to us in the buying process. This is our fifth house that we have purchased, and Sally was definitely the best that we have worked with yet. Sally was very well organized and kept the process moving along nicely, resulting in an on time close with no issues at all. She even took it upon herself to interview listing agents in Pennsylvania to help with selling our current home. It was a great pleasure working with Sally, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Northeast Ohio!

Sally had the requisite knowledge of the Brecksville real estate market to help me to acquire the perfect condo for me. Kn;owing that this market is very competitive, she responded quickly when I reached out to her, although I was in South Carolina at the time. With her assistance and advice, I was able to secure financing and make an offer which was accepted, although there were three other offers in addition to mine. I am very grateful to Sally for her knowledge and skills which allowed me to be able to have this wonderful place to live.

It was great working with Sally both finding a house and during the purchase process. She has incredible knowledge of the Brecksville and neighboring markets and provided priceless guidance finding quality and value in a competitive market. She also explained every step of the purchase process mitigating both risk and stress along the way.

We had a great experience working with Sally throughout what was ultimately a long and sometimes challenging home-buying process. She was responsive, professional, and always neutral and straightforward in her approach. Most importantly, she connected us with seller clients of hers who ultimately sold us our dream home. She went the extra mile to facilitate that connection and give us access to the property after a difficult search. We really appreciated her professionalism, persistence, and help throughout the process and would happily recommend her to others.
