ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Sally on buying a new home. That was a fantastic experience, so we decided to have her help us sell too. She surprised us at every step. The marketing of my home was seriously above and beyond. She sent the photographer to get professional photos for our listing. What I didn't expect was she also made ours a featured listing with a VIDEO TOUR of our home and property; this was a work of art. We had moved out before listing, so Sally brought in a professional stager before the video was shot. Even before we had the open house on the listing weekend, she had 3 showings and 3 verbal offers. Ultimately, we decided to hold the open house to keep our options open. We accept an offer that unfortunately came with difficult negotiations. The buyer's agent had made some mistakes and unusual requests, and Sally navigated the situation with tremendous professionalism while holding firm on our demands. If she had her way, I think she would have advised us to walk away from this deal, but we knew that the buyer was related to our neighbor, so we really wanted to make this deal work for the neighbor, the buyer and ourselves. Sally respected our decision despite her concerns. That said, her focus was always to protect us first, and protect the deal second. She persisted to communicate our concerns to the buyers agent and we made the deal. Thanks to her diligence, we closed the deal with no further issues. Her communication throughout the process is top rate. She responds to every request promptly. She is a dedicated to advising you through providing information, not opinions. Of course, we would ask her opinion at times but she would always provide us with the information, the pluses and minuses, so we were making the decision based on the facts, not the "feels". We are so grateful to her. She was the perfect guide.
