If you're looking for someone experienced that has honed and knows their craft, knows the in's and out's of the business, and knows(what seems like everything!) what red flags or green flags to look for in a home. Mark is your guy, do not use anyone else!!! As a first time home buyer Mark was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made understanding the entire process easy to wrap my head around. Any questions me or my fiancA(C)e had, he was able to break down and explain things in a way that you could better understand them. When viewing listings he would point out things to look out for, small minutia that a normal person would overlook. He knew all the spots and places in the nooks and crannies to check and he would point out and explain thoroughly what it was he found. He would explain what would happen if that something failed and how much it would be to fix it. He knows the processes of home repair, foundation repair, roof, etc. and could tell us a ball park of how much it'd cost. Extremely important and informational stuff man!! I've learned so much about houses from Mark in these past couple of months I feel confident in the house I bought and able to tackle anything that would need repaired! The. Guy. Knows. His. Stuff. Mark never seemed to push us to buy a home just to make a sale or saw us as just another paycheck. He genuinely cares and looks out for your best interest and strives to make sure the home you're buying is the home you will love. It is a little bittersweet not working with him anymore after closing on our house, and that's how you know he's good ;) My parents worked with Mark, my brother worked with Mark, and now I got to work with Mark.
