If you're looking for someone experienced that has honed and knows their craft, knows the in's and out's of the business, and knows(what seems like everything!) what red flags or green flags to look for in a home. Mark is your guy, do not use anyone else!!! As a first time home buyer Mark was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made understanding the entire process easy to wrap my head around. Any questions me or my fiancA(C)e had, he was able to break down and explain things in a way that you could better understand them. When viewing listings he would point out things to look out for, small minutia that a normal person would overlook. He knew all the spots and places in the nooks and crannies to check and he would point out and explain thoroughly what it was he found. He would explain what would happen if that something failed and how much it would be to fix it. He knows the processes of home repair, foundation repair, roof, etc. and could tell us a ball park of how much it'd cost. Extremely important and informational stuff man!! I've learned so much about houses from Mark in these past couple of months I feel confident in the house I bought and able to tackle anything that would need repaired! The. Guy. Knows. His. Stuff. Mark never seemed to push us to buy a home just to make a sale or saw us as just another paycheck. He genuinely cares and looks out for your best interest and strives to make sure the home you're buying is the home you will love. It is a little bittersweet not working with him anymore after closing on our house, and that's how you know he's good ;) My parents worked with Mark, my brother worked with Mark, and now I got to work with Mark. Now you need to choose Mark!!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough positive things about the service, expertise and overall commitment to meet our needs that Mark Piscitelli brought to bear during his effort to sell our beloved Brecksville colonial. We were in the difficult position of having to move 2 hours away before our house was sold. Thus, we needed an agent who was truly engaged in the process. From periodic check-ins on the property to replacing batteries in smoke alarms that were beeping after our move-out, no task was too much or too menial as Mark worked to get our house sold and closed. And indeed, that's precisely what he did. From the outset of our partnership with Mark and ReMax, the foot traffic through our home was superb. By the time we found our buyers, Mark had facilitated 70+ showings of the home. Needless to say, having so many showings and not getting our desired offer caused a good bit of stress for us. Mark stayed in constant contact, literally providing much needed emotional support throughout that process. ZillowVERIFIED What an amazing experience working with Mark. We first saw this property on Zillow. We tried calling a friend realtor friends to show us the house but they were unable to. So we signed up on Zillow and Mark responded immediately and within 15 minutes we were in the house. We ended up buying it for 12,000 below asking while working with Mark. We decided to renovate it to resell. Mark was instrumental in helping us select top trends for the buyers market. When it was time to resell this we only considered using Mark. He is so amazing and well educated on the market. We were able to sell it for $188 a square foot in four hours after it was listed. He was also always available and worked within my schedule. I highly recommend him.

He did a lot of research and data inquiries to see if the owners were selling their house at a fair market price for the comparable homes in the area. Mark also did well with communication. He was in constant touch with us throughout the whole house hunting process. Any house we wanted to look at, he showed us. If he thought we would be paying too much for a particular house, he was honest with us and told us as much, even though he worked on commission. Without reservation I would recommend mark!

We "clicked" with Mark as his business approach was on point with our expectations. It goes without saying that Mark has an excellent depth of knowledge as it relates to the home selling process. ZillowVERIFIED We just went through an aggravating Short-Sale process and if it wasn't for Mark Piscitelli's experience and expertise with all aspects of the Real Estate business I probably would've walk away disgusted and ended up in foreclosure instead. Thanks to Mark's extensive knowledge in the Short-Sale process and dealing with the Loss Mitigation department of PNC Mortgage we not only got through it, but he created a triple-win situation for all involved. The bank approved the Short Sale and forgave the difference on the loan, the buyer wanted the house and bought it at a good price, and we were able to minimize the impact on our Credit score.
