ReMax 5 Star Realty

Very happy to have worked with Janet. I've had very mixed experiences in the South East Florida marketplace and Janet was a refreshing breath of fresh air, bringing experience, good communication and competence that I needed. Dealing with a complicated situation with sellers based out of the country and not English speakers, she helped us get to the finish line quickly and effectively, while aiding me in securing good value on the deal tool. Particularly in the community where I purchased this unit for my Mum, she is the expert on the ground but her wider knowledge of this area is also great. Thanks for helping my Mum get in her place - she loves it!

This was the first time we ever sold a house and Alex was very helpful and patient with our questions and always was very quick to respond! He came and helped stage and was there during the professional pictures to make sure everything looked great.

There are only two realtors in the Hollywood area that I would recommend, and Alex Bruno is one of them. He is honest, hardworking and reliable. He has sold two of our rental properties this year and neither were an easy sell. I wholeheartedly give him a 5 star rating.

Working with Alex was truly a very pleasant experience. Not only is he an amazing professional he is also a kind, caring person which is very important when you are making huge life decisions such as selling your home. Thank you Alex!!!!

After having multiple real estate agents with no showings and being listed on the market for months, we finally decided to give Janet a chance hoping for a better outcome. Janet proved herself right away. She was on top of it - our for sale sign in our yard was put up the next day (it took three weeks for our last agent to get hers up). We immediately had multiple showings (we didnt have a single showing previously after being listed on the market for months). It felt like a big stress was lifted off our shoulders after she became our real estate agent because we actually trusted her to get the house sold, whereas with the other real estate agents we decided to switch from, we were stressing that they werent doing their job. Janet was easy to reach and was willing to answer any of the million questions I had. Her slogan is aEURoeI get the job doneaEUR? and she really does get the job done. So If youre looking to buy or sell a house in Hollywood, Florida, or surrounding areas, hire Janet. It was such a pleasure working with her and would recommend her time and time again.
