ZillowVERIFIED I have known Alex Bruno for about 25 years. He is without a doubt, the hardest working realtor in Hollywood. We live in the same neighborhood, and it is not uncommon for me to see him driving around, well after dark, on weekends, early in the morning, etc. He just sold a house for us in a very difficult neighborhood with a very difficult tenant. At all times, he was and always is, the perfect gentlemen, responsive, and professional. ZillowVERIFIED Okay, so I sold two Hollywood properties with Alex Bruno and his team in the last year and a half. I sold these Florida properties while living in Michigan and Alex was not only a real estate agent, he met with the painter, he met with the garage door installer, he met with my window covering installer and many others. Also, he went to each property many times to open and install my Amazon deliveries. He really was much more that a realtor -- he was more like a General Contactor or a property manager. If you are thinking about hiring a realtor -- you need to hire Alex Bruno. On the sale of my second property, he went beyond General Contractor and went into psychologist mode and understood my personality and the buyers and made sure that the sale closed. Again, if you are looking for a realtor, you need to hire Alex.

As a seller we found Alex after our house sat on the market almost five months with another realtor. Alexs photographer did an amazing job with our photos and then the home was virtually staged with modern furniture. The day after he listed the property we had our first showing and received an offer two days later and then closed within 40 days. Alex was responsive and timely in answering our questions throughout the process and we are happy.

ZillowVERIFIED He only showed my house about 3 times himself, other agents showed my house, that's who sold it someone else. About 3 times he asked me if he sent the people would I show the house , I did, because when he was at my house he was always on his phone, very rarely speak to clients about the house. I had my camera on so I hear everything that was going on. One time he sent me a contract with an offer. the offer was for my house and address, but someone else name was on contract not my. When we did sell my house 2-11-19 . at closing if I didn't see the commissions I would have lost $2562.50. another 1/2 percent because my agent gave the closing lawyer the wrong percent on closing statement Which to me is alot of money. All this is the honest truth. He didn't even send me something so I could give him a review, I asked another realtor to see how to give a review.

ZillowVERIFIED Bad Professional, When we met with him to check one of the potential purchase properties he was on his phone the whole time. Very rude and unprofessional. He was in a hurry or to busy to answer any questions. He gave us less than two minutes to look around a single family house and told us he had to go and if we wanted to learn more about the property we have to come back again. Waived his hand and left without following up with us or providing us with his card.This agent is very full of himself as he said he runs the entire Hollywood area.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex Bruno is the Best in the business. He treated me equal to a BIG PRICE client if you know what I mean. I dealt with many realtors that if the home is being sold for a low amount they hardly ever return your calls and never have time for you, especially if they are sharing the 5% with another realtor. But Alex always treated my professionally and was always communicating with me via text or calls and he even helped me more than my own realtor. I had to wait for my loan to be approved because I had a short sale and ALex told me not to worry and that he would wait and not take any offers..What? Wow!! WHo does that? Especially what realtor does that??..His work ethics are amazing and he keeps his Realestate moto to pure selling and helping and not making the MOST money like more than half of these Florida realtors do. That's why Zillow started, because us buyers were being treated as numbers and profits..SOme of these realtors I dealt with should loose their license. But ALEX actually did most if not all the work and still took his cut..This guy is amazing. If your looking for any home either rent or buy trust me he is the man.He is not here for the money, he loves and is passionate about his work. Alex also has lots of connections for your loan, insurance, home repair, ect...He is well known in south FLorida..
