My family and I have used Mike's services now two separate times and both of our experiences with him have far exceeded our expectations. The first time Mike helped us was during our transition from Iowa to Pennsylvania. Mike assisted us in buying our home and with patience and precision finding us a place that suited both our needs and desires. Kim was wonderful to work with and helped us find our dream home!!! She was very responsive, accessible and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers being new to the process, I felt very comfortable working with her especially when I saw that she was not trying to rush the process in a market with limited options. She always gave her honest opinion of each home we looked at and even stopped us from moving forward on homes that were not so great because she knew we could find something better and now we have a home that fulfilled everything on our wish list. She was great about working behind the scenes to find solutions to issues that came up during the appraisal process, taking our feedback and working with the seller on our behalf.
