Ill start by saying that I am not usually the easiest client. I like to ask a million questions and to be explained every step of the process. Kim always took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions and concerns. My wife and I were in a situation where we wanted to sell our home in the city and move to the suburbs. We wanted to sell our house first so that we wouldnt need to buy a house with a contingency of sale. Kim sold our house in one weekend! She arranged a deal so that we could rent back our house on a month to month basis while we searched for a new house. Kim was extremely quick and flexible with scheduling appointments to view houses. We saw so many houses. We must have put in about ten solid offers on different homes, but we couldnt win a bid. People were bidding over the list price by substantial amounts. I was able to rely on Kims expertise when deciding what would be a competitive, but not financially foolish bid. In the end, we found our perfect home! She listened and understood what we wanted and was always sending us options and checking in with us. It was important to us that we find a realtor that was not pushy aEUR" and Kim is not pushy. We were very picky. If we had questions about a home we were interested in, she would reach out to the Sellers Agent and follow-up with them to make sure we got answers. Kim got things done. We had a narrow window with which to conduct inspections, and she helped us secure a septic inspector with very little notice, which was great because it turned out there was an issue with the septic at this property. Kim helped us put together a counter offer that was accepted and worked tirelessly to resolve issues we had close to settlement. She really made things happen and we were really impressed. She always put our interests first. Kim was great and we highly recommend her!

I made many calls and left many messages for realtors; however, Kim was the only one to return my call. I know I sound young, so I'm guessing that is why. Anyway, being this was our first purchase, we needed a lot of guidance, and that is just what she gave. She listened, validated our concerns, and showed us respect. She was knowledgeable, trustworthy, returned all of our phone calls, and negotiated to get the best price for us. It was quick and painless, in fact, fun. Fast forward four years. Now we were ready to buy our first residential property, so she was our first call. She showed us many properties, and we just weren't feeling any of them. She never made us feel pressured. When we finally found the property that is now our home, there were already multiple offers. She worked tirelessly negotiating finally securing the deal. Most recently, we sold our first investment property. This was our first time as sellers, so once again, A LOT of assistance was needed. The property sold in a month for the full asking price, which I never would have imagined. Our relationship with Kim will continue as we are hoping to make another purchase within the next few years. She is awesome, and she "gets us". She has seen us go from a young couple to now being parents. We have exchanged many stories about our families and she always has time to give us advice, even when it doesn't involve a sale. I would recommend everyone use Kim. She is not only a topnotch ethical agent, she is a wonderful person.
