Dave Kimbrough is the best residential real estate agent I have worked with anywhere...and we have done a ton of them thru the years. He knows the market, the people, the process and just gets things done. I have never seen anyone do the short educational videos like Dave. They are very well done a great idea. You need to hire Brittany! She was knowledgeable about details about houses we looked at. Then eventually buying one, she was with us every step of the way. Negotiations went seemless and she pushed when some pushing needed to happen. I couldn't recommend a better realtor than Brittany!
