Joe stood out as someone I could trust to guide me through the search for my new home and I was very happy with my decision to make the change. Working with Joe was a real pleasure. The process of finding the right new home in the current market took much longer than either of us expected. He took the time to understand my unique needs and arranged showings quickly when things seemed to be moving fast on a property. He was very patient with me when multiple homes we looked at had unacceptable issues that were revealed during my due diligence research.
