Scott is a fantastic realtor. He has helped us twice with buying a home. He is a clear communicator, is available at any hour or any day of the week for questions, seeing homes. He is very personable, and easy to talk to. He knows the process of home buying/selling. Is very professional, and never tried to take advantage of us with fees. He has lots of contacts in GJ area to help with inspections, renovations, etc, and went above and beyond what I expected him to do for us.

Scott did an incredible job helping me buy my friend's home while acting as the real estate agent for both parties. He was impartial and helped us come to terms on a deal that left us both walking away happy. He also worked with us in a tight time frame and the resources he has available helped close our transaction. I can't recommend Scott enough!

He schedule the showings we wanted to see and it was on our schedule. We purchased our final home. We seeing all the homes he would help look at the whole house to make sure it was a great home. Highly recommend.

If I could give him 0 stars, I would. We talked to him and set up some appointments to look at houses. We drove 4.5 hours to show up at the time he specified, and he wasn't there. We tried calling him several times, and there was no response. He finally texted half an hour later and said he was having phone and car issues. We asked if he would still be able to make it, and an hour later he replied no. We reached out to another real estate agent, and she said that no appointments had been made that day for the houses we were going to look at, meaning Scott didn't even make appointments for us. Unresponsive and untrustworthy.

Scott helped up transition from North Dakota to Colorado. Very professional, and was willing to answer any question at any time. Went out of his way to make sure we got the home we loved. You won't regret choosing him as your agent!
