He is very personable, and easy to talk to. He knows the process of home buying/selling. Is very professional, and never tried to take advantage of us with fees. He has lots of contacts in GJ area to help with inspections, renovations, etc, and went above and beyond what I expected him to do for us.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give him 0 stars, I would. We talked to him and set up some appointments to look at houses. We drove 4.5 hours to show up at the time he specified, and he wasn't there. We tried calling him several times, and there was no response. He finally texted half an hour later and said he was having phone and car issues. We asked if he would still be able to make it, and an hour later he replied no. We reached out to another real estate agent, and she said that no appointments had been made that day for the houses we were going to look at, meaning Scott didn't even make appointments for us. Unresponsive and untrustworthy.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott is hands down the best realtor on the Western Slope. He goes above and beyond to get stuff taken care of. There were several issues during the build of our house that were not done correctly and Scott fought for us to get the issues addressed and fixed including one issue that happened on closing day! I will say he absolutely earned his commission plus probably deserved to earn the selling realtors commission as well...he will be the only person we go to for our realtor needs.

Scott went way above and beyond in helping me find and buy my home. I've had friends and family who who have had realtors who were mainly concerned with moving houses and getting commissions. Scott's only agenda was to get me into the best house for my budget, and for as good a deal as possible. He found a property that I would have happily spent 10,000 dollars more than the asking price to get. With his help, I ended up getting the property for 10,000 less. Throughout the process, Scott was consistently available through text, email, or phone. He even helped me with questions about the house long after closing.
