Jasilyn made the home buying process so easy. Building a new construction can be so stressful and using an out of town realtor can even be more worrisome, but Jasilyn made sure it went as smooth as possible. Initially she compiled a list of all the builders in my area along with their incentives and floor plans and went through each detail with me. She was always available by phone and attended all important builder meetings no matter how small I thought they were, again easing my concerns about her being based in a completely different city. She advised me on the chain of command for any issues that arose with the builder and always made sure various professionals involved were communicating with me per her expectations. Jasilyn understood my needs and found the perfect builder who could execute them while staying within my comfort zone. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase and I will definitely use her when I start looking for an investment property. Did I say how good of a negotiator she is! You wouldn't have even know this was not her stomping grounds!

Jasilyn is an outstanding professional. She was always prompt and informative. My process was not a simply one, as I was purchasing a short sale property. This property was attached to the owner and 2 banks, I know it sounds like a headache. Jasilyn kept me informed on everything. She knew what to do in order to move the paperwork along. She is well versed and masterful about what she was doing. She knew the best next steps to take. When I closed on my house, Jasilyn had gotten the asking price down almost $90,000.
