ZillowVERIFIEDI had an exceptional experience working with Jasilyn and the entire team at Bing Realty. Harry Bing and Jasilyn Bing are among the kindest and most knowledgeable real estate professionals in the industry. In 2014, Mr. Bing brokered the purchase of my first home. During my recent journey to purchase a second home, I experienced a medical setback. Throughout that challenging time, Jasilyn and Mr. Bing remained patient, supportive, and fully committed to helping me achieve my goals. In 2026, Jasilyn successfully sold my first home in record time and expertly brokered the purchase of my second home. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients truly set them apart. I would not trust anyone else with my real estate transactions. Bing Realty is simply the best in the business.

ZillowVERIFIED Harry sold me my first house 20 years ago, so when it was time to buy my forever home I was happy to know that Harry was still around to help guide me through this process, once again. I would recommend Harry to anyone rather you're buying your first home or your last home. Harry is the one to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Jasylin Bing was amazing throughout our entire home buying process! In a market where nice affordable homes in good areas are hard to find; Jasylin landed us on a beautiful home in Avalon Park. She was always professional and kept an open line of communication with us at all times. Completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend anyone who is in the market for a home to go with Jasylin.

ZillowVERIFIED I remember at the beginning of my journey, reaching out to this realtor that I barely knew anything about taught me a great deal about owning my own home. She was prepared to answer very in depth questions regarding the ins and outs of being a home owner. Jasilyn was very knowledgeable and vigilant about finding a condo in my price range, in a nice community and in a great school system. I reached out to her and it was a collaborative effort until we found the right place. There were times I just needed that extra push of confidence that Jasilyn helped to instill in me.Jasilyn is the best, shes resilient and she perseveres through situations. One thing that stuck with me the entire time and this quote came from her, aEURoeIf it was easy, everyone would own a homeaEUR?.She is super sweet, knowledgeable, professional, caring and has great communication skills that makes it easy to understand various concepts and terminology related to the purchase of a home such as mortgage, escrow, HOA, home owners insurance etc. It was indeed a pleasure working with Ms. Bing especially for the purchase of my first home. If youre looking to purchase, sell or just need guidance to obtain ownership of a home, call on Jasilyn, shes the dedicated realtor that you are looking for!

ZillowVERIFIED I was searching for homes online when I stumbled upon Harry Bings website. He reached out to me and answered some questions that I had. After speaking to him, I was assigned to one of his agents, Bruno Lubin. They put me in contact with the right lender who does the right down payment assistance program for my needs. As a result, I received $7500 dollars towards down payment assistance; HUGE HELP! Bruno knew that time was of the essence and within 2 weeks of looking for homes; we located one that my husband and I liked. It was a multiple offer situation so Bruno discussed with us the strategy and terms to put us at an advantage over the other buyers. We did in fact get the home under contract and Bruno negotiated for the seller to contribute $2675 dollars to our closing costs, which was way more than we anticipated. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the Bing Realty Advisors service; we got our home in a timely fashion, saved over $10,000, and they were always available to answer any questions we might have.Awesome person!

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Harrys expertise and knowledge when he was teaching the first time homebuyers class so I decided to use the Bing Realty Advisors when it was time to buy a home. After looking at several homes, we finally found one we liked but they had multiple offers on it. Bruno from Harrys team used his negotiating skills to get my offer accepted among 6 others. The Bing Realty Advisors got me in contact with the right lender where I received $7500 in down payment assistance negotiated $3250 of seller contributions to help with the remaining of my closing costs. As a result, I brought only $800 to closing. In addition, I bought my home for $3000 below market value. Harry and his team use their expertise and network to get me in my home for the right price, with least out of pocket cost, and just in time. I would highly recommend the Bing Realty Advisors for your home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I chose to hire the Harry as my realtor after taking the first time homebuyer class. I met with his team and was assigned to Bruno Lubin. Although In my price range the homes were few, they relentlessly showed me homes and I was under contract within just 2 weeks of working with the Bing Realty Advisors. When the home did not appraise, they negotiated on my behalf and I was able to buy it for $15,000 below asking price. The Bing Realty Advisors also negotiated $2000 seller contributions to help me with my closing costs. Every step of the way they were available to answer my questions and provided solutions to every stumbling block that arose during the transaction. I was quick to contract, saved thousands of dollars, and got a home that I will love for years to come. The Bing Realty Advisors is the right group to take care of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I bought a home from Harry Bing, Remax 200 Realty, a few years back and were very pleased with his service. We recently reached out to Harrys team after deciding to purchase another home for our family. After meeting with the Bing Realty Advisors, I was assigned to Bruno , one of Harrys agents. He showed us several homes in different areas hoping to find the perfect one for us. We finally located the perfect one for us and Bruno was able to get us under contract for $4000 below market value even though there were 3 other offers on the home. In addition, Harry placed us in contact with the right lender and we received $7500 in down payment assistance, which reduced our out of pocket costs remarkably. Throughout the process Bruno stayed in contact with us, answered our questions, and guided us throughout the home buying process. I would definitely use the Bing Realty Advisors again for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My home buying experience with Bing Realty Advisors is one that I will always remember! They were there with me every step of the way. I attended a First Time Homebuyers Seminar where Jasilyn spoke and I was able to pick up a lot of knowledge on what to do and expect during the purchase process. We found a great home and they negotiated for the seller to make all necessary safety repairs. They even installed a BRAND NEW electrical panel. In addition to finding me a GREAT Down Payment Assistance Program that gave me $7,500, They also negotiated for the seller to contribute funds to cover the remainder of my closings costs. At the end of the day, I brought $0 to Closing!!! I even had enough contribution left over to pay for a home warranty and additional funds to reduce my loan amount. I couldnt have chosen a better team to represent me other than Bing Realty Advisors. They promised they would make my process was as smooth as possible and they delivered.

She will advise you honestly on your decision making, she proved she was not out to "MAKE A COMMISSION" but to make sure I bought what was safe, affordable and my style. She treated me like a family member. Bing Realty is the best. Call them!

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to thank Jasilyn for helping us find our dream home! We were looking at pre-existing homes for a few months but after writing several offers, we still had no luck. Jasilyn introduced us to a New Home Builder that was in a great location. The price was a few thousand dollars over where we wanted to be but she negotiated with the builder to reduce the price so that we could qualify for a First Time Homebuyers grant to assist us with closing costs. Well 2 months after signing, we closed on our BRAND NEW spec home and brought under $2,300 to closing!!! Thank you Jasilyn and Bing Realty Advisors for finding us such a great deal!

ZillowVERIFIED We came to Harry Bing a few months ago regarding purchasing our first home for our family. Within the first week, Harry and his team had us under contract but unfortunately we encountered a major setback and had to take a break from the purchase process. During that time period, Bruno, one of Harry's associates kept in contact with me, assisting me with anything I needed. When I was ready to buy again, Bruno had us under contract within the first week, stayed in communication with us, and made sure the closing process was a smooth one and hassle free.

ZillowVERIFIED Jasilyn was such a wonderful agent. I had been working with another Realtor for a while but things were not looking very bright. I then met with Jasilyn in her office and she re-explained the entire process to me and clarified questions as well. She even put me in contact with a Lender that was able to get me a First-Time Homebuyer grant for $15,000! After about a week of looking, I came across the most charming home. We went and viewed it that day and wrote an offer below list price (which is risky in this market). But with great negotiation techniques, we got the seller to agree! She met with different inspectors at the home and even got the seller to agree to a few repairs. I am finally all moved in and ready to enjoy my new home. I have already referred a friend to Bing Realty Advisors and wont hesitate to do so again. Thank you again Jasilyn for all your hard work and professionalism!

ZillowVERIFIED The team at Bing Realty were very skilled and knowledgeable while using great strategies to sell my home quickly. They've sold two homes for me and I can say that I'm completely satisfied with the level of service provided and with how quickly they were able to secure contracts for both houses. They were professional and kept us informed throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jasilyn and the Bing realty Advisors exceeded my expectations. I came to her a few months before my lease ended and she gave me great advice and put me in contact with a lender that could service my needs for a VA loan. After i worked on a few things, i came back to her with less than a month left on my lease! She promised me she would find me a property i would love and would be able to pre-occupy before closing. She did just that! Within one week i was under contract. I found a beautiful home in the area i wanted, that fits my family needs. She also negotiated 1 month of occupancy before we even closed. I walked away from closing with a check! With their great negotiation skills, we were able to purchase the property for $20,000 less than the appraised value! I would HIGHLY recommend Jasilyn Bing and the Bing Realty Advisors to anyone looking to purchase in the Central Florida area. This TEAM truly goes above and beyond for their clients!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Harry Bing and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to assist me with my requests and they took the time to listen to my specific needs. You will hear Mr. Bing say he will assist you with anything you ask, and if he doesn't know, then he will find out for you, and that is the absolute truth. I was very impressed by how aware he was of the housing market, and he is constantly seeking more ways to be more proficient in his field.
