and you need a superhero. Enter Brooke and Donnie, who took nearly all of the laborious work of preparing the house off of my plate. While I did come out for a week to clear out my fathers belongings, Brooke and Donnie arranged the work and fronted the costs of trash removal and repairs including replacing the carpet, cleaning the house, and getting the pool up and running. Donnie even put his own sweat into the property with some of the repairs and was kind enough to help my sister move some of our fathers belongings into her place with his truck and trailer. I am so happy to have found Brooke and Donnie, especially after my first realtor lowballed me on how much she thought we could sell the house for and simply gave me numbers of people to call to take care of the house. Brooke and Donnie were exactly what I needed, two polite and professional realtors who saw in the house what I saw in terms of its value and who did nearly all of the work for me to get it ready to sell. In the end we solid it for $85k more than my first realtor thought we would and more than it was listed for. Brooke and Donnie communicated with me every step of the way, never pressured me into anything, and are just nice easygoing guys who work hard for their clients.
