ZillowVERIFIED Diana was the perfect agent for us. When we started the process, we did not know what we wanted. Our criteria were a bigger house in a different neighborhood. She was amazing in figuring out what our needs were and that we would not be able to meet them in a pre-owned home. She found us a builder, a great neighborhood, and even drove all over Southern Maryland so we could see homes that were under construction to help us pick the best fit for our family. She was a voice when we needed one and a friend when things were frustrating with the new home. Our existing home seemed liked it would be impossible to sell because of the lot, she bought a photography in that was amazing and on a holiday weekend, she was able to get us four offers. My husband and I are still amazed that she was able to take a home that we thought we might be stuck with forever and turn it around in 2 days. I don?t know when our next home adventure will be, but I don?t want to do it with Diana. She is personable, customer focused, and something that is rare to find these days, a great person with integrity and a hard worker.

She was very proactive sending us homes that met our wide criteria and she was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. She was able to show us homes on our schedule. When we came across our dream home, Diana guided us through the bidding/negotiation/inspection and closing processes with ease. Additionally, Diana was able to quickly get our existing home on the market with high quality pictures in 3 days resulting in an offer, which we accepted. Thanks to Dianas expertise and responsiveness, we bought our waterfront dream house in 5 days (came on the market on Thursday, 22 Oct, our offer was accepted on Monday, 26 Oct) and then we sold our house in 5 days (our house went on the market 3 days later on Thursday, 29 Oct and we accepted an offer on Monday, 2 Nov). So Diana set up a FaceTime walkthrough with my wife to view the house. We really didn?t think we had a shot in getting the house once we heard that there were 11 other offers but Diana suggested we do an escalation clause and I ended up writing a letter to the sellers and they picked our offer. Diana was great at coordinating the whole process through the ever changing situation as Covid-19 started to spread and teleworking became the new norm. We closed on the house and can?t wait to move in.
