All i can say is that if you are in the market for buying or selling a house and need people you can trust give these guys a call. I was in the market as a first time home buyer and needed a lot of guidance. Here are the bullet points.First of all, Victor was my main point of content and he knew his stuff inside out. We would enter homes and he knew the neighborhoods, and could evaluate a home at first glance and give me some much needed information on the quality of the house and all the things I would have easily missed like if appliances and hvac would need to be replaced in the following few years due to regulations costing me additional thousands. Find someone with that level of knowledge to save yourself the headache down the lineSecond, these guys have a network of trustworthy professional people that they can refer you too to get the job done. After initially getting pre approved by a third party I ran into some hiccups. Victor linked me up with an even more reputable company that got me where i needed and guided me to locking in one of the lowest rates in the past 5 to 10 yearsThird, they had a roadmap of the entire process. I knew what i needed to provide and when, and the team handled all the logistics around negotiations, inspections, and the loan process. When i had questions they were quickly answered and we closed without ANY issues in 30 days.Last, and I can not stress this enough is that I felt like i was taken care of like family. Victor and team answered my calls off hours and on the weekends and returned my calls within minutes. Spending that amount of money is no small decision and having someone you can call and ask questions should be your number one priority. I know I have found my realtors for life and can not recommend them enough!
