She did a fantastic job at staging each property to bring out their best features so we could sell for top dollar. She knew what needed to be done for each property to bring the optimum price. The purchase of the manufactured home was for two elderly sisters who were very opinionated as to what they wanted in a home. Brigid was extremely patient as she showed them multiple properties within their price range and found them the perfect home for them. Brigid was very responsive and knowledgeable during the process and answered any questions that we had. we will have Brigid as our agent any time we decide to sell or purchase a home.

She wrote a glowing piece about the house which enticed many potential buyers to the weekend open house. She prepared the inside and outside of the house by handling all aspects of repair, cleanup, photography, and staging with new plants, strategically placed furniture, and decorative accents. Brigid went above and beyond what most realtors do, including removing and disposing of e-waste and hazardous waste for us. She handled all the minute details that go into selling a house, relieving us of much of the anxiety and stress. We had already moved out of state but Brigid was able to keep us updated with the details of the sale and provided online services that allowed us to complete the sale from afar. Brigid is a warm, friendly, caring professional who did everything she could to help sell our house in a timely manner and at a great price! She came in viewed our home, listened to what we wanted and were expecting. Brigid gave us suggestions and a good understanding of the market before we agreed to have her as our agent. She shared her professional viewpoint, explained the process and initial paperwork. We were going to do a few updates, she contacted painters and lighting experts she works with. We received 3 bids on painting and got started right away. Raymundo and his crew were wonderful to work with at a very reasonable price. We added updated lighting in a few rooms and Brigid helped pick out a few additional plants for backyard landscaping. With Brigid's flare for subtle design and staging we were able to update our 1964 house and sold within a matter of a few weeks after contacting her. Brigid has a wonderful outgoing personality, her love for her profession and compassion to help people shines through. I would sincerely, highly recommend Brigid as your real estate representative.

ZillowVERIFIED Brigid Ricker was recommended by a work colleague, and I couldn't be more satisfied. This was my 2nd purchase of a home. My search began in Brea, but with a child on the way, I changed my search to a more affordable area closer to where I work. I thought I would have to change agents but that was not the case. Brigid is very busy, she seems to live and breath real estate, and seems to love doing it. She put together a timely plan in order to get a feel for the home we were looking for and fortunately we found it very quickly. She listened intently and gauged our needs and wants concisely. I am a veteran which added some complexity to the process. The home was also on market through a relocation company which also provided more nuisance. Brigid just marched through all of it, making sure everything on our end was ready and waiting for their completion.I am not a very experienced buyer, and I have little resources to give me guidance and this was where Brigid was our pillar. She inspected the home and saw deficiencies that I had totally missed. She asked the seller to see to certain repairs and if they didn't agree then to at least compromise on costs. She wasn't there just to make the deal, when we were almost ready to move in as-is.Brigid's experience and expertise was obvious, and her willingness to perform her job as a motivated professional was equally impressive. I would recommend Brigid as an agent to any friend or family member, and will be asking her to be there for us if we were to move in the future.

This house was not our primary residence therefore we wanted to sell it quickly to avoid paying the mortgage when no one was occupying the home. We chose Brigid because of her excellent reputation. We gave her a deadline of 60 days to sell the house once it was ready to sell. She prepared the house by painting, cleaning, and staging it with furniture and decor. The house was so well prepared that it made me consider moving back into it! She not only met the 60 day deadline to sell our house, but she also got us a very good price for the house. How many realtors do you know who actually come out themselves and do detail trimming on plants to make your house look better even after the gardener has done their work. Brigid has a crew that came in and did a masterful job of staging our home so that open house guests literally walked through the front door with oohs and aahs coming out of their mouths. Brigid is very detail oriented in terms of making recommendations on improvements and repairs that will both maximize the marketability of your home and maximize the profitability of any changes or improvements you decide to make to sell your home. We had previously chosen a realtor for the sale of a different home in the past based upon the number of houses they were selling. Boy was that a mistake. The level of personal attention given by that realtor and the level of respect we received from that realtor pales in comparison to the level of attention and respect for our wishes that Brigid gave to us. When it came to the detailed forms and other intricacies of completing the sale, Brigid was very detail oriented and thorough in her explanations of what we were signing and why we should take certain actions to protect ourselves while still be respectful of potential home buyers. You will find that Brigid is very positive about the attributes of your home that made you want to call it your home in the first place, and will also draw the attention of prospective buyers. She is amazingly always pleasant with a beautiful smile to greet you and prospective buyers for your home.
