We were so lucky, as first time home buyers, to have Dave guide us through the process. He had a vast amount of knowledge about the area in which we were looking, and this proved so valuable, not only in locating the right property, but also as a resource for all the other attendant needs as one navigates the process. He was extremely patient as we viewed numerous properties, but had a innate sense of what would please us. In fact, we ultimately bought the second house he showed us. It was as if he knew from the beginning where we belonged, but was patient as we winnowed down the available options. He was always available in short order when we had questions about the mortgage process, inspections, et al. There was nothing high pressure, at all, but he did convey a real sense of interest and care that we found exactly what would be the perfect home for us. All in all, it was a great experience from first look to closing.

I was very apprehensive about selling my house that I had for 30 years but Sarah made it simple. She guided me through every process and letting me know the status I should be in for packing. She also had to help me find a place to move to closer to my daughter and I was getting nervous and she was so calm and reassuring.
