Jason and his team are top notch! At no point through this whole process did we ever feel like his focus wasn't on us! From the moment we met with him to list our home to the final walkthrough on closing day, Jason and his team always put us first! Jason is very attentive and always willing to answer our questions no matter what day or time it is! Three days before the closing on our home we had a plumbing malfunction that left our home with extensive water damage! One call to Jason and the wheels were rolling! With one company quoting us at 3 to 4 weeks for restoration Jason swooped in and saved the day! Him and his amazing team came in and had the job professionally done and up to code in just under two weeks! All while working with the various party's involved in our buy/sell to preserve the deal! At no point in time did we ever feel that the sale was more important to Jason than out best interests and found that he was always looking out for us and has become a true friend in this process! He even called us each day when he was on vacation to make sure everything was going good and that we were doing Okay! If you ever have the chance to work with Jason, Do it!!! He will get you into the home of your dreams and his team of associates will bend over backwards to make it happen for you! We are now happily settling into our new home and it's all thanks to Jason and his hard work! We appreciate everything he's done for us and couldn't be happier with our home!
