This is one of the hardest working women in real estate!! Deborah earned our business because she is a true professional. She knows the ins and outs of the business and shares her expertise openly for the benefit of her client. She remained in constant communication with us, even at night and on the weekends. My husband and I haven't purchased homes in over a decade so we needed to be refreshed on the process. Deborah kept us informed on each step so we knew what to expect. She never got annoyed when I was doing my own home searching and wanted to see a home right away. In fact, she was genuinely as excited as we were. What a wonderful buying experience we had! We trust Deborah so much that we asked her to list our current home and the showings have been rolling in! With us already having a new home, we felt more pressure to sell fast and Deborah acted with urgency. We just received a full-priced offer (which is just the beginning of the journey), but we are proud of the progress made so far. Again, Deborah is the best. You owe it to yourself to have an experience like this!

Deborah is only interested in having a listing, she is not professional at all and does not exhibit knowledge of the realtors code of ethics. She listed my home and insisted I list at a lower price ( so it would sell fast?) I refused to budge and she made so many grammatical and spelling errors in the listing, it was embarrassing! We finally decided to not sell so we can finish the rest of the work we started and she refused to return calls, come and bring the paperwork etcetera. She has been late every single time she stated she would be here. This woman shows poor ethics and no professionalism. She is a sore eye for Reece & Nichols in Lees Summit Mo. I will Not give her this listing when we finish this work , this has been a nightmare. Stay away from this person if you want to sell your home or buy one. She does NOT know what she is doing period!
