ZillowVERIFIED When, I first had a chance to meet Deborah, it was on my first house review, she made me feel at ease right away with her demeanor. Very nice and engaged of what, I told her about the house, I was looking for so we looked at several more houses that day. Then we ran across my dream home, the home I said Deborah this is it this is the house, I want to make my home. So she got to work on it right away, she was there every step of the way to help me alone my journey, I'm a first time home owner so, I was truly lost with some of the steps and she told me about the next steps and things that was going to happen and needed to get done on her behave and myself. Everything was going fine until we rather (I) ran across a speed bump, I needed so papers from a different state, I couldn't close on the house without the paperwork. I called the state that I needed the paperwork from and got what, I needed. Now we was waiting on the paperwork to arrive they told me five business days, it was the seventh business day, I called Deborah and stated that, I was ready to through in the towel, I call the state and they said they mailed the papers and I asked for them to be fax sense it's been seven day and they said no they don't fax them. Deborah said hey Cliff we're going to get this done she said call them back and ask to speak with the supervisor about my situation so, I did. I got a hold of the supervisor and told him my issue that, I paid for the paperwork and it's been seven business days and I needed the papers to close on my new home they already give me an week extenuation. The supervisor said let me take a look at your file, I told him I need the paper work asap can you believe it he faxed the paperwork over right away. If Deborah didn't bring to my attention to speak with the supervisor, I'll still be waiting. She was there for my inspection she reviewed my inspection and we went over what was important that we get done to move forward. She was there for my closing & she even brought me a gift which was totally unexpected. She went above and beyond my expectations. We as customers can go to any realtor and get help or service if you will, however it the people the staff that makes a difference in the company. Deborah, I can't thank her enough for not doing her job for making it personal. (I called us team cliff) she deftly was on my team For every e-mail that was sent and she responded in a timely manner.For every text message that was sent, I got an replyFor every phone call I got and answer or a call back that day, the things you do changes lives for the better.All of the things that, I mention is things that exhibit and outstanding employee & person. Deborah thanks for taking the time and showing me that you cared about me getting my home and the happiness you had for me at closing.
