ReeceNichols Premier Realty

I worked with John to sell my home, beginning the process prior to relocating out of state. He helped guide the property through the listing, offer, and closing process, and we successfully closed the sale after my relocation. I appreciated his help navigating the process remotely and getting everything across the finish line.

John was our choice to help us navigate the purchase of our new home. He helped us understand each step in the process and met with us every time we requested. John made certain that we got the best deal for our money. We trusted his advice and appreciated his attention to detail. His experience and expertise were very evident. We would recommend him to anyone. Hes a great guy doing a great job out there!

John helped me through the probate process of selling my fatheraEUR~s property. It was a difficult property to sell because it hadnt been well-maintained in a small town. He did a great job and I appreciate all his efforts to make a difficult time for me easier.

John was very helpful. On top of everything . He goes beyond what is needed. He also helped me fine people to do the work I needed none. I would highly recommend him.

John did an outstanding job selling 2 pieces of property for us. He always kept us informed of what was going on. He is very honest. I highly recommend him for your real estate agent.
