During the listing period he never once gave up hope it would sell. The land is heavily wooded and would need clearing, a water meter, and surveying all with no seller investment. John was able to accomplish this and more This was the only way property could be sold. He had numerous restrictions placed on him all of which he over came. He never once got angry or voiced displeasure at these restrictions.

John showed us several propertys, stering us clear of problematic listings, and always promed in ansering calls.After we found our dream home from the list of properties John had supplied, John found and supplied us with the resent home inspection so we new what to expect when we looked at the property. When it was time to make an offer, it had to be under our contingencey to sell our current home. John was told by seller agent that they would not except a contingencey. John not discouraged for a seconed, new how to make our offer witch they would and did except. While we are looking for new home, John is setting up to list our curent home, John gave our small home a listing wearthy of a high-end home. Our home sold quickly for over asking price. With out John's knowledge and passion for his job, this complicated transaction was unlikely to happen.
