My wife and I worked with Jeremy when looking for our first house in 2006. We were first time home buyers at the time, so we had lots of questions. Jeremy took the time to really listen and understand what we were asking, and he was able to narrow down the available homes for sale to only a handful that he thought would best suit our needs. We went out to look at those few houses and in 2 ? 3 hours we found the perfect first house! This was a new construction and there were a few items that we requested to be changed before we?d buy the house (build out the basement/rec-room, add stairs to the deck, fix settled stairs in the front, etc). Jeremy used his superior negotiating skills to have all of these items fixed to our liking! His attention to detail, professionalism, and overall positive demeanor makes him second to none in my eyes. He did such a good job that I?ve recommended him to family and friends for their buying and selling needs and he?s give the same top notch customer service to each of them as well.
