ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Team Sally & Jeremy!! I would give them if I could! I had originally made the mistake of contracting a different agent/company to sell my home. HUGE mistake. The agent not only lowballed the asking price against my wishes but failed to sell my home after being listed for 2.5 months during peak selling window (June, July, August). A friend strongly encouraged me to reach out to Sally to sell my home quickly and at a fair market value. Sally and Jeremy visited my home and agreed it was a beautiful home in a terrific neighborhood and worth significantly more than the previous agent had it listed for. They quickly had my home listed with key features highlighted, accurate description, and beautiful pictures. Sally cautioned me that there would be very little activity for the first week or two because it was the beginning of a new school year. Despite the initial lull in activity, Sally and Jeremy had my home sold two weeks later. Four weeks from listing to contract and three weeks to closing!!

ZillowVERIFIED They are the best team and they have become our dear friends. They patiently walked us through the process of selling our home and buying another in a timely fashion. If we ran into a problem, they were promptly there to fix it. Wayne helped us with the sale of our home in Kansas and Vicki helped us with the buying of the house in Missouri and Sally was there to oversee and support all of us. Sally showed us several houses until we found the right one. All three were very honest with us with appropiate advice. We needed someone to clean our new home before we moved in and Sally found someone on short notice to clean for us. We made an offer contingent on the selling of our house and to try to have both parties agree to the date was a challenge, but Wayne and Vicki were able to ensure we got it done to the satisfaction of all parties. We learned a lot thanks to the Groves Johnston Team. We had never dealt with computers in the buying and selling of a home. It was a challenge for us, but again our team walked us through the process patiently and with knowledge. Moving was a somewhat difficult for us because we chose to do a lot of the work ourselves in order to save money, so we may not move again very soon. However, if we do, Groves Johnston Team is who we would chose to work with again.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Jeremy when looking for our first house in 2006. We were first time home buyers at the time, so we had lots of questions. Jeremy took the time to really listen and understand what we were asking, and he was able to narrow down the available homes for sale to only a handful that he thought would best suit our needs. We went out to look at those few houses and in 2 ? 3 hours we found the perfect first house! This was a new construction and there were a few items that we requested to be changed before we?d buy the house (build out the basement/rec-room, add stairs to the deck, fix settled stairs in the front, etc). Jeremy used his superior negotiating skills to have all of these items fixed to our liking! His attention to detail, professionalism, and overall positive demeanor makes him second to none in my eyes. He did such a good job that I?ve recommended him to family and friends for their buying and selling needs and he?s give the same top notch customer service to each of them as well. ZillowVERIFIED I located and chose Jeremy via his positive Zillow reviews to assist me in purchasing a new home in the Grain Valley area. Jeremy was very helpful with getting me started with the whole process as I was a first time homebuyer. Due to an initial scheduling conflict the first weekend I was going to look at homes, Jeremy set me up to work with a newer agent, Tyler Morgan, that weekend. Tyler and Jeremy worked together throughout a very drawn out process to find me a home, keeping up a very good line of clear communication that kept me at ease throughout. We had a deal fall though due to a low appraisal on one property, but they kept helping me push towards finding a home. We had another freak issue on another property, that prevented the property from being lend-able or insurable. Finally we were able to go back to the first property and strike a deal that worked for all parties. After almost 4 months I finally was able to close on my first home. I really would recommend both Jeremy and Tyler Morgan to any first time homebuyers out there.
