We just sold and bought a house with Paige as our realtor, and it could not have been a better process. Initially, we were just casually looking, and Paige was very patient with us as we wanted to be more selective with our second home. With the market being so tough, we put in multiple offers on multiple houses, and Paige was so helpful to us as we decided where to proceed and when to move on. Ultimately, we found the perfect new home for us and were under contract within 2 days. She then managed to get our previous house marketed and listed the same week, and we were under contract with an offer above asking price within 48 hours! All of this in addition to her being organized, assertive, and knowledgeable which was all so beneficial to us during due diligence, inspections, and closing. I truly cannot recommend Paige Greenwald enough as a realtor. She made the entire process enjoyable, rather than stressful, which says a lot in current market conditions.
