ZillowVERIFIEDPaige did an amazing job helping us purchase our first home!! She provided a wealth of information, especially as first time homebuyers, and she was there to answer all of our questions every step of the way. Paige is kind, knowledgeable, organized and responsive. She made this process as seamless as it could be and we could not be happier with our home! We would recommend Paige to any family/friends in the greater Charlotte area.

ZillowVERIFIED Paige was so wonderful!! I would recommend her to everyone!! She was right there with us thru all of it and was so positive and encouraging during our house search!! She also helped us find a rental when we moved back to NC from KY. It was very hard to find a place because we have 5 dogs and chickens but she did it in a day! And we didnt even meet her face to face until we moved back to NC. She came highly recommended by our daughter and son in law. She is the BEST!!

ZillowVERIFIED Paige was AMAZING! From the minute we reached out, she worked with us to find exactly what our family needed. We received daily updates on houses as they became available and once we were ready to tour a home, she was always quick to respond and get everything scheduled. She was also very straight forward and honest with throughout the entire process which I loved. If we had expectations that she knew we couldn't meet in an area, she would be honest with us. If there were things we wanted to ask of a seller, she would be straight with us about what was reasonable and what we may need to rethink. Once we had decided on a home, Paige was a blessing. This was our first time buying a home and we had heard horror stories about the process. Paige has many local connections and was able to beautifully streamline the process. It felt like no time at all in between finding our home and closing. I cannot recommend her enough! If you need to sell or buy a home, you need Paige!

ZillowVERIFIED Paige was an absolute rockstar! She was with us before we even moved to the state and was by our side for our first home purchase. The home purchase was an absolute nightmare, with constant roadblocks, but Paige navigated through everything thrown our way. We wouldnt be sitting in our first home right now if it wasnt for her. Thank you so much Paige! Youre the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Paige was both a pleasure and a relief to work with. As first-time home buyers, there was ALOT we didnt know and were nervous about. Paige made us feel comfortable and was very responsive and both patient and thorough in explaining all aspects of the process. She was also very transparent about both the pros and cons of properties, pointing out items that were not in line with our goal list that we did not even notice ourselves. She made the closing process seamless, and successfully addressed all of our negotiation terms. I will certainly look to secure her services again if/when ever back in the home buying market!

ZillowVERIFIED Anyone in the market right now knows that its completely crazy! Its a sellers market for sure and competition is tight. I relocated from over 2000 miles away and Paige worked her tail off to find me a place that met my criteria...a big garage which isnt a highlight of most listings. Once we had our eyes on the one the process was smooth. I would absolutely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED When I began looking for a new home, I knew I would need a realtor that was professional, timely in responses, quick to help me make offers, and would truly listen to my needs and my perspective in the process. Paige was all of that and more. She wants you to have what youre looking for and she is a great guide to set expectations in this wild market. I would highly recommend her for anyone out there looking to have an agent in your corner! Thank you again Paige!!

ZillowVERIFIED Paige is amazing!! Without a doubt an expert realtor!! We trusted her when writing our offer to make the best call based on her expertise and our very first offer was accepted for our new home. We were able to beat out dozens of other offers and get our new home for LESS than the appraised value in this crazy market none the less!! Basically Paige is a miracle worker and we highly recommend that you trust her with all your real estate needs. Your expectations will be exceeded!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot recommend Paige enough!! We are first time homebuyers and were incredibly nervous starting the process back in January 2021. The market was crazy and we had no knowledge on the home buying process. From the very first call with Paige we felt more at ease. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a house and it was clear she knew her stuff! Paige showed us a few homes but shortly into the process we decided on a new build. At that point, she could have stepped away until closing day, but that was not the case. She was incredibly active throughout the 6-7 month process. It was so reassuring knowing we had her with us the entire time. We have closed on our home and are all moved in now. Start to finish, the entire process was stress free, exciting, and most importantly fun! We plan to work with Paige in the future for all of our home buying and selling needs and we will recommend her to our close friends and family. Working with Paige is a decision you wont regret!

ZillowVERIFIED We were living in Florida and buying in Charlotte all remote! Paige only showed us listings of exactly what we wanted. She was our eyes on the ground as we couldn't fly back and forth. She negotiated a great price in a market that isn't negotiating. Held our hands all the way through closing and ensured all parties were prepared. Paige was the best agent we have ever worked with and we have worked with many!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We just sold and bought a house with Paige as our realtor, and it could not have been a better process. Initially, we were just casually looking, and Paige was very patient with us as we wanted to be more selective with our second home. With the market being so tough, we put in multiple offers on multiple houses, and Paige was so helpful to us as we decided where to proceed and when to move on. Ultimately, we found the perfect new home for us and were under contract within 2 days. She then managed to get our previous house marketed and listed the same week, and we were under contract with an offer above asking price within 48 hours! All of this in addition to her being organized, assertive, and knowledgeable which was all so beneficial to us during due diligence, inspections, and closing. I truly cannot recommend Paige Greenwald enough as a realtor. She made the entire process enjoyable, rather than stressful, which says a lot in current market conditions.

ZillowVERIFIED Paige and her brokerage are absolutely stellar. She was able to price the market perfectly and gave us a detailed list of items for us to work on. Once we were under contract she was able to negotiate on our behalf and truly made the experience a breeze. Originally we were going to attempt to sell our home ourself, but after seeing everything she?d done for us Ill work with her every time. I am already listing another property with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Paige Greenwald is the consummate professional. She was referred to me by a dear friend. While I knew this was the right time to purchase my retirement home in Charlotte, it was equally critical that I had a realtor who could adapt to my search from out of state as well as the COVID19 challenges. Paige was the ideal realtor who made the search stress-free and very exciting. She won my trust from the start as she walked along side me through every aspect of my home search. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and intentional with superb communication skills to advocate on my behalf with selling agents. She was always one step ahead making recommendations that proved to be spot on for my long term ideal home. Her attention to details ensured that the search, negotiations and purchase procedures were flawless. Although I started this home buying journey alone, that quickly changed to a collaborative partnership that made the experience the best I've ever encountered. It's not often that one can say they received more than 100% of what they are looking for in a home. However, it is possible when you have someone like Paige who gave more than 100%. Paige represents the very best in the Real Estate Industry.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer coming to Charlotte from another state, I didn't know what to expect in the home buying process. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was overall thanks in large part to Paige. She was friendly and easy to worth with, plus had clear communication skills. I found Paige to be knowledgable about the area and to listen to what I said was important to me. I closed on my new home 5 days go. Paige supported me through the home search process, negotiations, closing process, and is now helping me with final details before I move in. She's truly supported me through the entire home buying process! I highly recommend Paige to other home buyers with no hesitation.
