Redstone Run Realty

We had an astounding experience with Julia as our realtor. We had a pretty challenging move from Oregon to Pennsylvania with two kids and Julia made every step of the process seamless and less stressful with her diligence and positive attitude. From the first time we spoke to closing and beyond, she explained what we were doing and the next actionable steps in the perfect amount of detail. Her responses to our many questions were prompt and concise. Julia also knows the best people to work with, and made wonderful recommendations for our mortgage company and home inspector. Because of all of her hard work, our closing and purchase were relatively uneventful, which is exactly what to strive for. Her willingness to go the extra mile with our requests for the sellers made it clear that Julia is a special kind of realtor.

Julia was absolutely awesome throughout our entire home-buying process! This was especially a relief for us because we were buying remotely in an extremely competitive market. She continuously went above and beyond to help us resolve any and all issues, and she always had answers to our questions. Her dedication made a stressful situation completely manageable. We highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking agent!

I knew what I wanted, we only saw two houses. We put an offer on one house, it was accepted within a few days. Julia is puntual and handles everything quick.

Julia Giambalvo-Labar was everything we hoped for in a realtor and more. She helped us find our dream home with professionalism, genuine care, and steady guidance. Touring homes with Julia felt like having a trusted family member by our side. She listened closely, talked through what mattered, and helped us see each propertys potential. Her thoughtful ideas, upgrade suggestions, and practical guidance helped us to look beyond first impressions. Julias support continued well beyond the home search. During a complicated closing process, she was proactive and solution focused as timelines shifted and unexpected challenges came up. She also provided practical resources, planning advice, and recommendations that helped us feel prepared after the move. Julia was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. We are so grateful for her expertise and dedication. We would recommend Julia without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping clients find the right home.

I can't say enough great things about working with her. She truly is the best of the best! From start to finish, she made the entire buying process smooth, simple, and stress-free. She's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly great at what she does. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I never felt rushed or left in the dark. What stood out most was how genuinely she had my best interests at heart. Every piece of advice and every decision felt focused on what was right for me, not just on closing a deal. That kind of honesty and care is rare, and it made all the difference. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase and so grateful for her guidance. If you're looking for someone professional, dedicated, and trustworthy, look no further. I'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation, and I'll be working with her again!
