Red Topaz Realty

Patricia is too notch! Gave her my specifications on what I was looking for and we were off! She took my feedback on the homes we went and saw until we pinpointed exactly what I was looking for! The process was quick and I ended up having an offer accepted within 3 days of looking at homes. She also is very well connected with insurance, home warranties, loan officer, shes a true one stop shop for realty it was amazing, even got the seller to handle all extraneous fees with a buy down of my rate. You have to go with Patricia when buying you wont be disappointed! Thanks again Patricia!!

Patricias care and service goes beyond measure. She was our go-to when selling our first home and buying a new one almost a year later. Both times working with Patricia were pleasant and relieving. She listened to our needs and location desires and went to work! Forever grateful for Patricia ??

I would not have gotten a house without Patricia. She steered me away from a house with roof issues, and helped me find a house with multiple offers, and lock that in. Throughout the process of needed inspections and repairs she gave great guidance. She never lost her poise, despite poor quality seller agents. She was recommended to me by a relative who had a similar experience. Patricia also is bilingual, and well tuned into to asthetics as well as house mechanics!

Patricia is the best!!! She helped us buy our house in 2016 and sell in 2022. Her experience, dedications and negotiation skills got us a great deal for our house. We recommend Patricia 100%.

Patricia did a wonderful job representing us. She was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. We had a difficult move from Florida where our condo was hit by the hurricane and extended closing dates were involved. Patricia took care of everything on this end and we totally trusted her. We would highly recommend Patricia if you are looking for a realtor in the Las Vegas area.
