ZillowVERIFIEDPatricias care and service goes beyond measure. She was our go-to when selling our first home and buying a new one almost a year later. Both times working with Patricia were pleasant and relieving. She listened to our needs and location desires and went to work! Forever grateful for Patricia ??

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia is too notch! Gave her my specifications on what I was looking for and we were off! She took my feedback on the homes we went and saw until we pinpointed exactly what I was looking for! The process was quick and I ended up having an offer accepted within 3 days of looking at homes. She also is very well connected with insurance, home warranties, loan officer, shes a true one stop shop for realty it was amazing, even got the seller to handle all extraneous fees with a buy down of my rate. You have to go with Patricia when buying you wont be disappointed! Thanks again Patricia!!

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia did a wonderful job representing us. She was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. We had a difficult move from Florida where our condo was hit by the hurricane and extended closing dates were involved. Patricia took care of everything on this end and we totally trusted her. We would highly recommend Patricia if you are looking for a realtor in the Las Vegas area.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia is the best!!! She helped us buy our house in 2016 and sell in 2022. Her experience, dedications and negotiation skills got us a great deal for our house. We recommend Patricia 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED I would not have gotten a house without Patricia. She steered me away from a house with roof issues, and helped me find a house with multiple offers, and lock that in. Throughout the process of needed inspections and repairs she gave great guidance. She never lost her poise, despite poor quality seller agents. She was recommended to me by a relative who had a similar experience. Patricia also is bilingual, and well tuned into to asthetics as well as house mechanics!

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia was extremely helpful, patient, communicative, and kind. She was willing and able to hop in the car and show us a house at any time. While locking down a house was hard, she continued to give guidance on framing offers. I have recommended her a few times already and will continue to as time goes on.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so glad that Patricia was recommended to us when we were looking to buy a home. Coming to the Vegas area from out of state, we had lots of questions about different neighborhoods and Patricia was absolutely wonderful, answering all of our questions and more. She is knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and even helped get us a wonderful home for under the asking price. Would absolutely recommend Patricia for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia helped us find a home, she found the best lender for us, negotiated with the builders. As were from out of state she did a lot of the leg work that needed to be done. She was invaluable! We have recommended her to family and we will certainly call her again. Pat is wonderful.

She was always very professional, responded to our inquiries in a matter of minutes, and was very thorough in her handling of our purchase. She went out of her way to make this purchase as easy and enjoyable as it could have possibly been. I will recommend her to anyone I know who wants to buy a home in the Las Vegas area.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia was the most professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly realtor we have ever worked with. She gained our trust almost immediately and was amazingly efficient. She was very accommodating and extremely patient. If we were to be a buyer again, she would be the first person we contacted because we trust her immensely and respect her integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED She knows what she is doing, and gets the job done. I am fairly high maintenance and a control freak. Its not easy for me to work with other people or to let them guide me in certain directions. With Patricia, we worked well together, and I let her guide me. Thats saying a lot.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia has aided me and my wife in three transactions. She helped us buy our first home, later sell that home, and purchase our second. She worked hard to ensure we got the best deal on the two purchases and we received above asking price on the sale. She was patient with us while trying to find our forever home and we really appreciated that. She even went as far as watching our monstrosity of a 3-year-old while we walked around the home. She is awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED We initially started using Patricia a year or so prior to selling our house when we were looking to upsize. Patricia took us all around to look at homes, even as we were constantly changing what it was we wanted to see. She was always responsive and never complained even as we were admittedly difficult customers. In 2018, when we changed our minds again and decided to downsize, we used Patricia to sell our home. The pictures she had taken were beautiful, and our home was the #1 searched home in our neighborhood during the six days it was on the market. Yes, it sold in six days at exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Patricia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable and available to her clients. She is by far the best realtor that we have ever dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia is an outstanding realtor. She helped me and my family rent a house when we first arrived in Henderson, then was our agent when we purchased a home here a year later. She has an expert understanding of the Las Vegas/Henderson market and was always at the top of her game with every house we looked at and with working with lenders/other agents. She will be my agent for every real estate matter I ever have in Clark County.

ZillowVERIFIED 2017: Patricia worked hard for us. Time was of the essence and she got us into the house of our dreams quick and fast! She was available late at night and on the weekends. She's no stranger to long hard hours. We were first time home buyers and she helped guide us every step of the way and made great suggestions that landed us our home. Everything with the home buying process went through smoothly and we were able to close right on the date that was outlined. Patricia is amazing! Thank you. 2019: Used Patricia again for a contingent sale. We sold our house and moved into a new home. Excellent communication and always on top of her game. Wish more people carried the work ethic and integrity that she does. Thanks again!
