As a buyer I had very specific wants and needs. Amanda quickly found a home that met them and was able to let me know what options were in my specific area I wanted, which helped make the decision making process much easier. I purchased a new build which comes with some challenges and unexpected issues. If Amanda was not my agent I would have paid for a second appraisal due to a last minute correction to a framing mistake. When she found out about the issue she jumped in to cancel the appraisal and then communicated with the builder every day so that the appraisal could be done in time for closing. There was also an unexpected aesthetic issue that the builder was not willing to budge on. She did not stop until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Amanda greatly influenced the outcome of this huge lifetime purchase. She made it as seem less and stress free as possible!
