Red 1 Realty

Freddie helped us buy our house and sell our house. He always maintained contact with us throughout the whole process. He also made sure to help guide us in the right direction when it came to buying our house and sell our house. I highly recommend him.

Very good. Kim showed me numerous listings in UA and Grandview, and helped me settle on a place in the Summit Chase condominiums in Grandview. The whole process went smoothly, and Kim was always very patient and responsive when I had questions or doubts, which I often had. She walked me through a very complicated process while my nerves were otherwise getting the best of me. I would highly recommend her to family, friends, or peers, and I wouldnt hesitate to use her again myself. Very professional, veey knowledgeable, very thorough, and no pressure.

We were looking for homes for over a year and hopping from one Zillow appointed realtor to another. Although they were nice, we didnt realize what we were looking for in a realtor until we met Bill Ruffner. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, offers, and homes in general. Every showing we went to with Bill, we felt like we had not only a realtor, but a home inspector with us. Hes incredibly thorough and his attention to detail is impeccable. There is no question about it; we would have never found our dream home without Bill. We closed in a very short period of time and Bill was so attentive and ensured we were able to close on our terms. Were eternally grateful for Bill and Red 1 Realty!!!

Lauren was so great to work with. I was a first time homebuyer so a lot was very new to me. She made sure I understood everything and helped me find my first home for me and my fur babies!
