Leslie helped us find and tour multiple properties and always seemed to know exactly what we wanted. To somebody purchasing their first primary property with no clue where to start, I thought she was great during the property search but being under contract showed an even wider set of skills: 1. Responsiveness is something I would give 10 stars to before, during and after the process in contract. Leslie would often respond before I even get the chance to reach out to her and she had all the answers. Email, text, or phone call, somehow she was always there to respond. 2. Negotiation skills saved us tens of thousands of dollars throughout the financing process. She knew with her experience what the seller may or may not agree to and knew exactly how to draft the contract. 3. Within 2 hours of the inspection results, she had read it, reached out to a professional, had an assessment done, and called with the results of the assessment. 4. The seller had left debris and construction materials after they moved that the city refused to take. She was able to get me reimbursed for calling a company to discard the debris within less than an hour. We look forward to working with Leslie when its time to upgrade and more beyond that! Drew Smith was outstanding from start to finish. He helped sell my home and guided me through building a new construction home at Apple Valley Lake. Drews knowledge of the local market and the Apple Valley Lake community was invaluable. He priced my home perfectly, marketed it aggressively, and got it sold quickly. On the buying side, he helped navigate the new construction process communicating with the builder, explaining timelines, reviewing details, and making sure nothing was overlooked.

Freddie was very diligent in finding the perfect property for us. He listened to our needs and wants, and stayed in constant contact with us until the perfect property became available. He went out of his way to meet with us on our demanding and limited schedule, and was thoughtful and kind when we were going through some personal loss. He was a pleasure to work with.
