Red 1 Realty

David was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and gracious throughout the house-buying process. He encouraged us and provided us with sound advice and support.

Julie was communicative, direct, and gave great recommendations. Her husband, Ian, was a huge help in getting some last minute work done so we could be ready to sell. I highly recommend her, and we will definitely be using her again!

I had the best experience with David! He exceeded my every expectation. A knowledgeable captain that could navigate the troubling waters of a housing market safely to a smooth closing. The best realtor I have worked with in the past decade by far. When youre with David you feel like family!

David did an excellent job of helping me sell my back lot. He was very responsive- answering all of my questions quickly and leading me through the process patiently. I?d highly recommend David for any real estate needs!

David did an awesome job negotiating an investment property for me and helped me renegotiate into a fantastic deal after several items came up during the inspection. His knowledge of the Columbus market and openness to keep you from bad deals is commendable. He has a high level of expertise and knowledge. I would gladly work with him again!
