I met Julie when I wasnt quite ready to move, but she made sure to reach out at least once a month to check in and answer questions. Once I was ready to purchase a home, she met with me to understand what I was looking for. She was always ready to schedule a tour with me, especially same-day tours. One weekend, I was on vacation and she went to an open house for me and sent videos, which was amazing! When the right house came up, Julie was ready to answer questions, she was always in close contact with the sellers agent, and she stayed up super late to ensure my offer was submitted that night. ZillowVERIFIED Julie was a great realtor. Although it took us a while to find a home we liked, she would show up to every viewing that I thought was worth checking out. She also knew a lot about the different areas and which areas we should avoid. When putting in offers she knew how to make our offer look attractive, which is how we got the house that we are in now. We beat out 15 other people with our offer. Not only does she help you with closing, but she keeps in contact with you after closing. I have messaged her about different people in the area that she recommends doing certain jobs.

Initially when my fiancA(C) and I expressed interest about buying a home, we were thinking it was too early to start looking seriously due to the timeline of our rental lease not ending soon enough. So in the beginning Julie was casually sending daily emails providing us a glimpse of what was on the market. When my fiancA(C) and I decided to get more serious and begin attending viewing, Julie was able to accommodate us with appointments after our work day and on weekends. She was very patient with us while we viewed a variety of houses, looking for the one. We did find a few places we really liked, but due to the competitive nature of the housing market at the moment, we struggled with several denied offers, and grew frustrated. Julie was great about giving us space when we said we needed to cool off, but was ready to jump back into it as soon as we were ready. Our persistence (and Julie's patience) paid off--the first house after our break was The One, and we closed on it in under a month!
