Lauren is such a wonderful realtor! She has helped us buy 2 different homes, and sell 1. She goes above and beyond in everything she does, and is very knowledgeable. Id recommend her to anyone!

Lauren is amazing! She knows all the ends and outs of the market and really guides you through the process with unmatched detail. She is a great advocate as a buyers agent and a great negotiator as a sellers agent. We wouldnt recommend any else. Moving is hard but she made the process so much easier.

Lauren worked well with us on the sale of our home. We faced various challenges, but she was knowledgeable and patient and guided us through each step. She was available whenever we needed to her and gave professional advice. She was personable and worked well with all others involved in the sale through closing. I would highly recommend her services!

Lauren has been my go-to realtor since my very first house I bought. She is knowledgeable and great at regulating my stress over all the ins and outs of buying and selling a home. I will never go with another realtor. Truly, I never worry bc she always knows what to do and how to handle negotiations. HIGHLY recommend her!

Lauren Murphree secured us a full price offer on day 1. Can you ask for better than that? I think not. She is familiar with the Birmingham area and priced our home at perfectly in order for us to sell quickly. She communicated timely throughout the process. I am very pleased with Lauren.
