Realty One Gru

Stephanie has finally crossed the finish line with my family and I! I have been working with her for over two years to find the best home for our family, and our hard work paid off! Stephaine stuck with me through the worst days and the best days, I can remember the first days of working with her that she is a minimal aEURoefluffaEUR? kind of person and calls it like she sees it. She fought for us, brainstormed with our needs, worked with multiples of my family members, and she never once skipped a beat. Truly, we are blessed to have known and worked with her. These last two years have really forged a great relationship with her, I will miss my friend! If you want a realtor that will be in your corner, fight for you, sacrifice her time, and is absolutely relentless on making sure youre taken care of, Stephanie is the one you NEED! Thank you Stephanie!

Skyler went above and beyond..she still is going above and beyond with vendors even though I closed on my home over two months ago. You are in good hands with this realtor & Id recommend her to anyone. Seamless process from start to finish!

Marina was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and super helpful. She guided us every step of the way and had awesome suggestions she always made herself available to us. Highly recommend using her!

Skylar was fantastic to work with! We were looking to move from Northern Virginia to the State College area. As you can imagine, trying to find a new home remotely can be difficult, but Skylar was SUPER helpful! After spending a day showing us around the area, we had a good idea of where we wanted to be. We selected some properties we wanted to visit, but couldn't always come visit in-person, so Skylar offered to go look at them for us! She sent us pictures and gave her honest opinion of the property. She was very responsive and in our opinion when above and beyond for us, making us feel like we were her only clients. We can't recommend her enough! If you choose to work with Skylar, you will not be disappointed!

We have bought and sold properties with Skyler as our agent. She digs in and makes deals happen! She is our agent, we wouldn't have anyone else representing us!
