Amy did a wonderful job listing and selling our property. She was honest, efficient, easily accessible, and readily knew the answers to our questions about regulations and processes. She was also very knowledgeable about the local market. Amy helped us establish a selling price that was spot on resulting in a qualified buyer in record time. Even though we lived over 500 miles from our property, we felt comfortable allowing her to handle all aspects of the marketing and the closing of the sale. In addition to her qualifications, she was very pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is a ROCKSTAR! My wife and I purchased our home less than a year ago, and Amy was the definition of not only what, but how a realtor should be! She made herself available literally night and day for not only the showing, but once we found our home, the complete process from offer to close! If you're not using Doran/Cornwall for your home purchase in Central Pa, you're crazy, Amy and amd company are THAT good!!

ZillowVERIFIED Always seemed to know the answer to questions we asked without hesitation. Very punctual. Seemed to work in a casual manner which made us feel at ease. Explained everything in the process, as we progressed from one step to the next, of selling our home. Got us a very fair price for our home.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Amy to purchase our home in Bellefonte and then sell it again when we moved to Austin, TX. She and all of her associates were wonderful throughout both processes. I have and would again recommend Amy to help you buy or sell a home. We still keep in touch even long after the sale. If you need a realtor that you can trust, you can't get better than Amy and her team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Amy as our realtor to purchase our home. She made the whole process a breeze. She was familiar with the area that we were looking to purchase from and we felt confident in using her as our agent. Not only is she professional but she is extremely down to earth and made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. In what is usually an stressful time, I felt at ease knowing everything was being taken care of by Amy. If I ever had a question I knew she was always a text or email away!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy has helped us twice, buying a vacation property and buying a new primary home and the experience has been terrific on both occasions. We were traveling from three hours away every time we looked at properties. Amy accommodated last minute requests to see vacation properties, literally making the necessary arrangements with selling agents as we were already on the road. And she put up with a lot of "No"s from us before we found the new home that we really wanted. She notified us of all new listings matching our criteria and was always very prompt on responding to any emails or phone calls. We would definitely recommend using her again if we were to make another purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was great to work with. My wife and I had been looking for homes by ourselves for about 1 year, and we were not successful in finding what we wanted. After only 4 months of working with Amy, she exceeded our expectations of finding our dream home. She was always quick to respond to any of our requests and questions, and she made herself very flexible to work around our busy schedules. She is extremely personable and made the entire process much easier for us. Being a first time home-buyer, frankly, I had no idea what I was doing. Amy was more than happy to sit down with us to explain the process and give us all of our options. I give Amy the highest recommendation possible for helping anybody with their real estate needs.
