We had an excellent experience from start to finish with MaryAnn Ferchland. Maryann was very thorough, attentive and easily reached when we had questions. Her experience in the field gave us confidence that we would have a smooth professional experience. We would happily refer her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated realtor.

Highly recommend Nancy. Responsive, knowledgeable, and a real person. Bought 4 years ago with her and when it was time to sell she was the first thought and first phone call. Market knowledge top notch and supported by a team with depth to get you through closing. Fair commission. Knows everyone (banks, other realtors, legal, coops etc). Been in the business in ups and downs. Even better, takes care of you like you are a best friend. Don't waste your time elsewhere, call Nancy!

Maryann was wonderful to work with. From our first meeting to closing it was beyond great. I have bought and sold 7 houses and Maryann was by far the best and most knowledgeable agent we ever worked with. A true joy.

From our first encounter to the closing, Maryanns expertise in helping me navigate through the sale of our home almost seems too good to be true! She kept us informed with close communication throughout the entire process and answered all questions and concerns promptly and with clarity. I HIGHLY recommend Maryann Ferchland if you are looking for an extremely competent and highly professional real estate agent.

If youre looking to buy, go with Nancy! She is very responsive, and speedy during the home buying process. She is so genuine and helpful and you can tell she has a lot of experience and knowledge. She also has great connections that will help you during your buying process. 10/10 would recommend!
