ZillowVERIFIEDIf we could give more stars we would. Everyone at Team Rita went above and beyond while handling the sale of our house. Rita and her team made the open house and appointments so easy, they guided us through every step and helped so much where needed. We had to leave midway out of state and the lovely and diligent ladies handled everything for us leaving our minds at ease. They demonstrated incredible attention to detail, prompt and courteous communication, seasoned experience, and personalized care. We highly recommend Team Rita to everyone who wants an easy sale, walk through and closing with highly seasoned people!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Margaret "Rita" Tsoukaris was such a special process for us. She helped us sell our late mother's house and while that may be a very difficult thing, Rita handled it with total ease. She graciously showed us the best way to maximize the value of the property while instantly getting the house sold with over 15+ offers. She perfectly priced the project and it showed in the quick sale. She is amazing and I'd 100% recommend her! Thanks Team Rita!

ZillowVERIFIED Rita and her team are truly blessings. Rita helped my parents sell their home (my childhood home) after 55 years. We knew nothing about selling a home or buying a new one; until Rita walked in our door. I cannot say enough about her and her team from the moment we spoke on the phone to arrange a meeting; they are absolutely amazing. Ritas knowledge is remarkable. Shes also super nice and made this whole process easy and flawless. Her team member Shannon was our realtor; super accommodating and always there to answer my many questions any time of day and one of the nicest people. Im very glad to have met and worked with this team. Weve been blessed many times over. Look no further than Team Rita!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rita is by far the best realtor you can find in this area of Long Island. We have bought and sold properties in 4 different states in the US, and in the process we have gathered some experience with realtors. She knows the local market, she was always prompt and honest in communicating with us, she does her homework, she takes our needs and preferences very seriously. She sold our property above asking and in record time: what else could we ask? We recommend her very highly!

ZillowVERIFIED Rita and her team were the utmost professional and knowledgeable team we could have ever dreamt of working with. Rita marketed our home using her company's social media accounts and other advertising means. I believe that even at the height of the market, the extreme turnout we had at our open house was a direct result of her marketing campaign. Rita walked us through every step of the home selling process and her advice and guidance was spot on. We hit a couple of snags along the way to closing and she offered her team's services after normal business hours to help us complete what we needed prior to closing. Her right hand lady in her office, Jaime, was on top of the entire process from offer acceptance through closing. I never had to wait for a return call or email to answer a question I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Team Rita if you plan on selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rita and her team are amazing! They helped with the recent listing and selling of our home and our home was in contract in only about 3 weeks! Rita is very professional and highly knowledgeable with many years of experience in real estate, yet very humble and personable! Her team members, Jaime, and Elaine are amazing as well! They kept me informed every step of the way. When the length of time originally anticipated for closing was stretched further- on the buyer's part, Elaine made sure to stay on top of every party/entity involved to remind them that time was of the essence and to facilitate the process. I'm very grateful for their assistance and service! I highly recommend that you contact team Rita for your home buying and selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Rita and her team are absolutely amazing. She listed my house 2 weeks before Covid-19 lockdown in March and I closed in June. Rita was patient with me as a first time seller, always available, I always seemed to have questions during her dinner, always picked up her phone or called back within the hour, has a great sense of humor, which is needed trying to sell a house during COVID. I cant wait to work with Rita and her team when I am ready to buy another home!!! Put your trust in Rita and you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED My spouse and I had a wonderful experience working with Rita. Purchasing a home is no easy process and we were both nervous about what to expect. Rita was patient with us viewing many homes over the course of many months and never made us feel pressured. My spouse has an erratic work schedule and thankfully, Rita was very flexible in her availability as well. She does a lot of research before showing you a home and has comps at the ready. She helped guide us to find what we wanted within our budget. Throughout the entire process, Rita was responsive to answer our questions by text and phone, and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and calming. She explained how each step would work and then provided us with updates on where we were in the process. We are so grateful to have had her experience and knowledge; we found a fabulous forever home! We definitely recommend Rita and her team and wish we could give them 6 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Team Rita was Excellent! I prepared my parents home for sale with Rita. She was very helpful with suggestions to get the best price in today's market. Unfortunately the week we were going to list, COVID-19 shut everything down. Rita remained in contact with me the entire time and worked to get my home on the market via virtual tour. One day after the tour went online the the market allowed for people to view the home in person. Two days a later offers came in and one of them I accepted. My husband and I was very pleased with how the process went. Rita along with her co-worker, Jaimie, kept me informed the entire time and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Rita and when the day comes that I sell my own home there is no doubt Rita will be my agent. Thanks Team Rita!
