I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Alejandra. Before working with her, I had a terrible experience with a previous realtor that left me feeling very cautious and hesitant to trust someone again. Because of that, I went into the process with my guard up, but Alejandra completely exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive. I asked what felt like a million questions throughout the process, and she always took the time to answer me, whether it was during the day, in the evening, or even on weekends. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking too much. She was also amazing with my kids when they came along to showings, which meant so much to me. At the same time, she was encouraging and supportive without ever being pushy. Over time, she honestly began to feel like family. She helped me through one of the biggest and most emotional milestones of my life with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Buying a home was something I had dreamed about for decades, and I feel incredibly fortunate that Alejandra was the person who helped me finally make that dream a reality.
