Before working with her, I had a terrible experience with a previous realtor that left me feeling very cautious and hesitant to trust someone again. Because of that, I went into the process with my guard up, but Alejandra completely exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive. I asked what felt like a million questions throughout the process, and she always took the time to answer me, whether it was during the day, in the evening, or even on weekends. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking too much. She was also amazing with my kids when they came along to showings, which meant so much to me. Buying a home was a huge decision for our entire family, and she made them feel welcome and included too. Alejandra worked incredibly hard to help me find the right home. She would have multiple houses lined up for us to view in a single day and always seemed to know so much about each property. She never pressured me to buy something I did not absolutely love, and I never once felt obligated to settle just because we had already spent time looking. What I appreciated most was that she truly advocated for me. She negotiated on my behalf, fought for what was in my best interest, and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner. At the same time, she was encouraging and supportive without ever being pushy. Over time, she honestly began to feel like family. She helped me through one of the biggest and most emotional milestones of my life with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Buying a home was something I had dreamed about for decades, and I feel incredibly fortunate that Alejandra was the person who helped me finally make that dream a reality. She is truly exceptional at what she does, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. They are the reason we were able to buy our dream home during this pandemic!They were so patient with us as first time homebuyers and helped us find the home we wanted. We looked at several homes and our taste evolved as we went along. They sent us plenty of homes to look at and walked us through any and all resources available to help us make our decision. Once we had picked out our dream home, they made the extra effort to help negotiate beneficial terms. They worked with the seller and their agent to help us get a better deal. They were also patient and knowledgeable to the area and walked through our paperwork questions (there were many). Upon request, they referenced several reputable services for inspection to help expedite the process; as well as assisting us in finding contractors to help with necessary installations after we moved in. They fought for us through every step of the way. We could not be more thankful for them, nor more heartily recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home.

We originally dealt with a realtor which didn't appear to take us seriously because we were a couple of 23 years old without a bank preapproval in hand yet and only seemed anxious to sell us the first house we saw after showing him preapproval documents. We decided to do some extensive research for the right relator in our eyes and accross came Alejandra. From the beginning, just through the phone we could hear her desire and commitment to help us find our first home. We originally asked to make an appointment to see one property and meet Alejandra in person. She had an awesome attitude and alot of energy. I am going to share an experience with you that me and my family had with your company back in 2002-2003 when we committed our home to your company for potential sale. We contracted a sales person who at the time was a real estate sales person for your company. This individual started off the process very much in our corner; however, when this individual contracted with a potential buyer whom she shared with us.."was a very supportive and valued client of your company due to past home purchases", this individual then became very aggressive, non-compliant to our needs, and a person who I no longer would ever want to have representing me or colleagues in the future purchase and or sale of a home. ZillowVERIFIED After running from an agent to agent I finally found a real estate agent/broker who helped me find a house in neighborhood and price range I wanted. She exactly knew how much the home was worth and were selling in the neighborhood, so we made an offer with right price and it got accepted. I didn't want to offer way more than the asking price or less than the real price. These days too many offers are coming in, so your offer price has to be right, you don't want to overshoot or undershoot. So, getting a good hard working agent with real knowledge of the neighborhood means you would get your dream house.
